苗栗縣政府主辦，公館國小承辦，為期5天的「創造力區域資優教育方案-創意任我行～小小愛迪生創意發明營」，4日舉行結業典禮，透過引導學生了解發明的概念與方法，並親身實作，啟迪資優生的創造能力。
教育局表示，這創意發明營活動邀請台灣傑出發明人協會陳鴻偉理事長、中國科技大學周亞寬教授、師大附中彭良禎等多位優秀創意發明領域達人，帶領苗栗優學生進入發明領域的發想與創作世界。
第一天引發創造性解決問題技巧演練及腦力激盪，第二天由全國傑出發明達人分享創意實務、發明理論與實務，第三天進行小創意大發明DIY活動，第四天介紹國際發明展作品分享，增加學生對於國際傑出創意發明作品。第五天下午結業式時，這一群小小發明家，將營隊創意發表構想設計成作品設計圖，並用簡易材料創作發明作品，充分展現小小資優學生的創意潛能。
教育局表示，創造力就是競爭力，相信資優學生透過創意發明營的學習經驗，並與平常的資優課程所學相結合，能將創意能力更加提升。

2017 台北河岸童樂會今（7）日上午 8 時開放第一階段網路報名，想不到實在太夯了！在上午 10 時 17 分止，多達 4050 個名額就已全部額滿。因此，台北市觀光傳播局預訂將於 12 日中午 12 時再開放第 2 階段網路報名，每場 50 名， 9 天活動期間共計 1350 名。請有興趣參加的民眾把握機會！
觀傳局表示，每場親水活動可容納 300 名，其中 200 名為網路報名、100 名留給現場排隊民眾報名。因活動報名踴躍，每人限報一場，若有已報名的民眾重複報名，將僅保留最早舉辦的場次，並以電子郵件個別通知，釋出的名額將於第 2 階段網路報名時一併開放。若未即時搶到名額的民眾，屆時也可在現場排隊進場。若陪同的家長不使用由樂設施則不須報名。
觀傳局提醒，已完成網路的民眾最晚須於活動開始後 10 分鐘內報到，否則將視為放棄優先入場權。報到時也請民眾務必攜帶身分證、健保卡等證明文件，並做好防曬措施、穿著泳衣、聽從教練及工作人員指示。相關活動資訊可至「台北旅遊網」，並點選「2017 台北河岸童樂會」查詢。
